Right of Withdrawal / Return Policy

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can use the "Withdraw from contract" function available in the footer of our website, or by accessing your order history through your customer account. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you receive the goods.

Upon submission of your withdrawal request, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email.

All other customers also benefit from a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.

Refunds: We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@elevate2records.com.

Please note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed audio recordings (CDs, vinyl) which have been unsealed after delivery.
