Steel Seal - Fireraiser

A very welcome, and long-awaited, return. Steel Seal, exactly twenty years after their debut album—By the Power of Thunder (2006), followed by Redemption Denied (2010) and The Lion's Den (2017)—are back in style with their new fourth album, Fireraiser, also released on Underground Symphony like their previous three. The Roman band now features leader and founder Marco Valerio Zangani (guitar), Roberto Fasciani (bass, guitar; ex-Dunwich), Adriano Rossi (keyboards), and Luca Iovieno (drums, also ex-Dunwich, among others): the same lineup as their previous album. On the vocal front, almost all the songs are sung by Fabio Lione (formerly of Labyrinth, Angra, Rhapsody of Fire, Vision Divine, Hollow Haze, among many others), one by Andrea Marchisio (formerly of Desdemona, Famous-X, and Highlord, now of Oblivion Vortex), and the last one—the beautiful cover of Warlord's "Lost and Lonely Days"—by Val Shieldon (Anguish Force, Oracle Sun, Renegade, Sigma, Tragedian, Twilight Zone). Lastly, guest soloists—on numerous songs—are Lorenzo Milone (formerly of Noveria and Ethernity, as well as the second Steel Seal).
